Supply order specialist (at & ch)

About the Role:

The Supply Order Specialist is responsible for leading the customer support function within the Ferrero business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient service order management, and alignment with commercial and operational goals. This role involves managing customer order portfolios in Austria and Switzerland in close collaboration with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Supply Chain Logistics and Planning, and Trade Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

Order and Inventory Management

• Manage customer order processing, order reason coding, and external partners/3PLs shipment coordination.
• Optimize order allocation based on demand, stock availability, and business priorities.
• Oversee customer inventory and replenishment planning.

Customer Experience and Issue Resolution Management

Ensure excellent customer service through effective issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

Master Data Management for Accurate Order Processing

Ensure accurate master data management for seamless order processing and material mapping.

About You:

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management or similar business studies and/or prior work experience in related areas (preferably in the FMCG sector)
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• Analytical skills using MS Office
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP APO are/is an advantage
• Collaborative team player; good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and open minded-ness
