• Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-voltage GaN products: Define and implement effective product marketing strategies to position our high-voltage GaN portfolio for long-term growth and market leadership
• Drive lead customer engagement and go-to-market activities: Partner closely with strategic customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption, strengthen the opportunity pipeline, and expand market penetration
• Shape and manage the HV GaN product roadmap: Define and continuously evolve the product roadmap to future-proof the portfolio and ensure alignment with emerging market needs and technology trends, taking full ownership of the assigned product portfolio
• Guide product development from a market perspective: Support development programs as the marketing expert by providing competitive insights, scenario planning, and business case analysis to help steer product definition and investment decisions
• Build strong cross-functional relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management to ensure effective collaboration and successful product launches

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field, ideally combined with an additional education or training in business management, marketing, or strategy
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the semiconductor industry, with a demonstrated track record of strong customer focus and successful market engagement
• Strong marketing capabilities with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions; experience in marketing technically sophisticated products – such as power semiconductors or multi-chip solutions – is highly desirable
• A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work effectively in a cross-cultural, globally distributed organization, including coordination across multiple time zones
• Excellent English communication skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
