Lead Our Staff Dining Experience as a Staff Dining Room Coordinator!

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a dedicated Staff Dining Room Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our staff dining facilities. About the Role:

As a Staff Dining Room Coordinator, you will play a key role as part of our Dining Room Coordinator team, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the staff dining room. Working collaboratively with fellow coordinators and the wider catering team, you will help maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high standards of service, food presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include upholding excellence across all aspects of the operation, including:

• Food Service Excellence: Overseeing meal preparation, presentation, and service to ensure delicious and appealing options.
• Outstanding Customer Service: Fostering a welcoming and positive environment, ensuring all staff receive friendly and efficient service.
• Impeccable Cleanliness: Maintaining a consistently clean, hygienic, and inviting dining area.
• Rigorous Food Safety: Implementing and monitoring strict food safety protocols to ensure compliance and peace of mind.
• Efficient Stock Control: Managing inventory, ordering, and minimising waste to optimise resources.

This hands-on leadership role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various operational elements to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for our internal customers.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is:

• An experienced leader with a proven track record in hospitality or catering management.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric, with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and practices (e.g., HACCP).
• Able to manage stock efficiently and effectively.
• An excellent communicator, capable of motivating a team and engaging with staff at all levels.
• Resilient, able to thrive in a busy environment, and adaptable to changing needs.

Additional Information
