Provide oversight and leadership for the Security Monitor program in accordance with current security policies, both local and those at the national level, US or AUS. Position will cover all administrative, leadership and developmental activities for Security Monitors across Projects. This includes Project Scheduling, employee supervision, timecards, subcontract administration and Safety.
Day shift – 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
The Security Monitor Supervisor will demonstrate an excellent understanding of and experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
The Security Monitor Supervisor will both work-in and lead a team environment, interacting with many site personnel, including customers on a daily basis. Uphold the Code of Conduct and adhere to Program and Company Policies.
It is a condition of employment that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will require either an NV-1, Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or SLA (U.S.) clearance, or a TS (PV) or TS/SCI level clearance.
2 to 3 years of supervisory experience
All personnel assigned to work shall be: At least 18 years of age Able to fluently read, write, and speak the English language
