We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise workforce management solutions while working with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams. Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs and modernize critical HR and payroll platforms.

Role: Associate Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

What You'll Do:

As an Associate Manager, you will:

• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Configure and support time evaluation rules, attendance and absence management, leave quotas, shift patterns, and workforce scheduling processes.
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between time management and payroll processing.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, and transformation programs involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and workforce management platforms.
• Translate complex workforce agreements, award interpretations, and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Provide trusted advisory services to clients and guide junior consultants throughout delivery engagements.
• Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support activities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering SAP Time Management or SuccessFactors Time Management solutions. Strong understanding of workforce management, rostering, leave administration, and payroll integration. Experience working with Australian enterprise organizations, ideally within government or highly regulated environments. Demonstrated stakeholder management and consulting experience in client-facing environments. Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Employee Central Time Management, or hybrid SAP landscapes. Ability to lead workshops, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Experience supporting upgrades, migrations, testing, and production support activities is highly regarded.
