About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in North Sydney. In this role you will be providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales operations; you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing valuable support to the sales team. Commercially this team provides a great environment to work in, with thriving brands and ambitious targets. The team you would be working alongside are highly supportive, fun, and eager to work together to achieve the goals of the business. This is a permanent, full time role, with 1 day per week WFH.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination and Support: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics, and provide administrative and operational support.
• Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Sales Training: Support in the training and onboarding of sales teams, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Contract Management: Assist in managing customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance. Ensure that contract terms are clear and followed.
• Data Analysis and Sales Reporting: Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights and generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and sales targets and support decision-making and sales strategies.

Ideally you will have

• Proven experience in sales support or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the consumer and prescription market is a plus.
