Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and professional Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our retail team at Ramsay Pharmacy - Bondi. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy management, including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to make decisive decisions while maintaining a supportive team environment.

• Supervise and mentor retail team members ensuring high performance standards and professional development
• Maintain accurate inventory management and stock control systems, ensuring optimal product availability and minimising waste
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

What you’ll bring

• Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is essential.
• Experience in POS computer system is highly desirable.
