Job Description

Registered Midwife

North West Hospital

Permanent Part-Time (casual also considered) | Up to 74 hours per fortnight

Join our dedicated team of Midwives at North West Private Hospital! In this dynamic role, you will work across both our maternity and birth suite wards, making a meaningful difference in the lives of many women and families!

About You

You'll be compassionate, calm and confident, with a genuine passion for supporting women and families through their maternity journey.

You will also bring the following:

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
• Minimum 12 months’ post-graduate experience working in a hospital
• Must have birth suite experience or be willing to upskill
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (including evenings and weekends)
• Excellent clinical documentation and handover skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 Grades 1-8*)

Additional Information

Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.

According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
