Shape how our people experience safety and wellbeing by driving awareness, engagement and meaningful behaviour change.
Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team helps keep our people safe, healthy and well at work. Working closely with Group Corporate Affairs and teams right across the organisation, we design and deliver the campaigns, programs and moments that make wellbeing something our people feel every day, at the scale of one of Australia's largest organisations. It's purpose-led work where creativity and communication make a genuine difference to how our people feel and perform.
As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Program and Communications Lead, you'll own the end-to-end communications and engagement that bring our HSW programs to life. From ideation through to delivery, reporting and continuous improvement, you'll manage our key annual campaigns, including Safety Week and Wellbeing Week, coordinating stakeholders, agencies and internal teams to create energy, excitement and lasting behaviour change.
You'll bring creativity and storytelling to translate complex safety topics into campaigns our people genuinely connect with. Please note this role is only available on a full-time basis.
