About the Role

As a full time Sales Associate, you will be the face of Coach, delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting all aspects of store operations. You’ll build genuine connections with customers, drive sales, and represent the brand with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and storytelling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold Coach brand guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and operational tasks
• Build long‑term relationships with customers through clientelling and follow‑up communication

What You’ll Bring

• Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium preferred, not essential)
• A passion for fashion, leather goods, and creating memorable customer moments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team‑focused mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude
