Job Description

Join our team and help support a safe and secure hospital environment!

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fire & Security Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security team as well as doing security shifts. This is a permanent part-time position.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing rostering assistance
• Quick resolution to patient/visitor complaints
• Contractor management
• Maintenance scheduling, database updates
• Providing a high-volume of customer service
• Filing and general office duties/management

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and confident working with a range of stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Must have a security licence
• Expert computer software knowledge across the following:
• Car Park system
• Access Control management
• CCTV management
• Windows based software
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Previous experience in healthcare, facilities, security, compliance or maintenance administration will be highly regarded

Additional Information
