We're Arc'teryx, and we build gear that's obsessively engineered to perform in the wildest weather. Born in the Canadian Coast Mountains, we're driven by design, performance, and a deep respect for the outdoors.
At Arc’teryx, we believe that great products start with great people. As our business continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we’re looking for a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and analysis across the entire Arc’teryx business, providing accurate and meaningful insights to support decision-making and business performance.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the Financial Analyst helps identify opportunities, manage financial performance and inform investment decisions.
You are a commercially minded and detail-oriented finance professional with 2-3 years' experience in accounting, financial analysis or a similar role. You enjoy uncovering insights and using your analytical skills to support informed business decisions. Proactive and solutions-focused, you take ownership of your work and are comfortable investigating issues, identifying root causes and recommending practical improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams while confidently communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
You have strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems, reporting tools and large datasets. Your high attention to detail ensures accuracy and integrity in your work. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and month-end processes will set you up for success in this role.
Adaptable and curious by nature, you're comfortable navigating change and ambiguity. You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), and progress towards a professional accounting qualification will be highly regarded.
We’re on a journey of significant growth across ANZ, and this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact. Some of the benefits we offer:
