About The Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for a six month contract who will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions and supporting internal teams. This position focuses on handling routine inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely assistance to customers in the scientific community.

What You Will Deliver

• Handle routine customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and share updates with the team as needed
• Assist in implementing new procedures under guidance to improve efficiency
• Support basic use of SAP and Salesforce for order processing and data entry
• Help coordinate complaint documentation with Regulatory Affairs for compliance
• Provide administrative support to Product Management and Finance teams for pricing updates and accuracy
• Enter orders and invoices accurately to support revenue and margin goals
• Flag any issues or opportunities for improving service processes to the team
• Assist in coordinating customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Support alignment of procurement platforms with internal systems by addressing basic discrepancies

What You Bring

• Previous experience in customer service support; experience in scientific or technical environments is an advantage but not essential
• SAP experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established processes
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements
