We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on Client Care/Admin professional to join our team as a Client Care Representative. Based primarily at our Revesby clinic, this role will also provide support across our Sutherland and Rockdale clinics as needed, offering variety and the opportunity to work across multiple locations.

You will play an important role within our business, providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse, client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This is a casual position offering flexible shifts between Monday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are currently able to offer increased hours due to extended leave coverage within the team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent work. Hours may vary over time based on business needs and team requirements. You'll support multiple clinic locations and provide coverage for planned and unplanned leave as needed. We're seeking someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is happy to travel between clinic locations to support our teams and clients.

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
• Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
• Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role
• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
• Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
• Intermediate computer skills
• An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
