The Role

You will be responsible for leading all stockroom and operational functions to ensure efficient inventory management, stock accuracy, and seamless store operations. This role oversees deliveries, product replenishment, stock organization, cycle counts, and loss prevention processes while supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, and organising deliveries
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised back-of-house environment
• Prepare merchandise for the shop floor, ensuring product is ticketed and ready for display
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely stock availability
• Assist with store recovery and visual merchandising support as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
