CEL-North is a $342 million Western Power transmission program, delivered by ACCIONA, building new lines and substations across Perth’s northern suburbs to unlock up to 1GW of new renewable energy. The project directly engages landowners, First Nations groups and local communities along the alignment as construction progresses.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be ACCIONA’s day-to-day point of contact for landowners, community members, First Nations groups and government stakeholders on CEL-North. You will design and deliver engagement plans, handle public enquiries and complaints, and produce stakeholder notices, collateral and presentations. You will work closely with Western Power’s heritage team and traditional owner groups to support First Nations engagement, and direct endorsed community benefit initiatives that leave a lasting positive legacy. It’s a highly visible, hands-on role with real influence over how the project is experienced by the community.
