The Impact of an Account Development Representative at Coupa:

We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing APAC team based in Sydney. If you are passionate about driving B2B digital transformation and love the thrill of the hunt, this is your chance to make a real impact. You will be the engine that powers our sales pipeline, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier enterprise accounts across Australia and the wider APAC region.

What You’ll Do

• Pipeline Generation: Prospect, qualify, and nurture both inbound leads and targeted outbound opportunities.
• Strategic Outreach: Be the vital first point of contact. Engage with key decision-makers, uncover their business challenges, and position our solutions effectively to outline next steps.
• Account Prioritization: Collaborate directly with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategies for penetrating high-value target accounts.
• Tech-Savvy Execution: Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) and modern sales engagement tools to flawlessly manage leads, track activities, and document prospect interactions.
• Market Expertise: Continuously develop your knowledge of our product offerings and the competitive landscape to consult prospects with confidence.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

• 1–2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A customer-centric mindset with an unstoppable drive to hit and exceed targets.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills. You know how to build rapport quickly over the phone, via video, or email.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar modern CRMs.
• A highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Solid understanding of the Australian business landscape.

Salary

$86,000 - $98,000 a year OTE range AUD 124000-140000 with a mix of 70/30. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
