How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Jr Analyst, PTP (temp position - 3 months) will join the team to support the regional Procure to Pay team, with primary responsibility for reviewing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, validating compliance with purchasing policies, and confirming that required information and supporting documentation are complete before transactions move forward.

The Jr Analyst, PTP will also provide guidance to Casual Buyers and internal stakeholders regarding purchasing and Accounts Payable requirements, including Purchase Order and Non-PO invoice processes.

The position will collaborate with regional buyers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other PTP team members to resolve routine operational queries, follow up on incomplete requests, and support an efficient and compliant Purchase to Pay process.

The Jr Analyst, PTP will be responsible for:

• Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders to validate compliance with purchasing policies and operational requirements.
• Verify that requests contain the required information, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation before processing.
• Identify incomplete or non-compliant requests and follow up with users to obtain corrections or missing documentation.
• Guide and support Casual Buyers and internal stakeholders regarding Purchase Order, Non-PO invoice, and Accounts Payable requirements.
• Support routine Purchase to Pay activities related to purchasing, invoice processing, and payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with regional buyers, suppliers, and PTP team members to resolve routine operational queries.
• Escalate policy exceptions, complex cases, and recurring issues to the appropriate experienced analyst or responsible team.
• Maintain accurate records and support the monitoring of pending requests, turnaround times, and operational follow-ups.
• Contribute to process documentation, user guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Six months to one year of internship or entry-level experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance Operations, or a related administrative area. Exposure to regional or shared services environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel/Outlook.
• Basic understanding of Purchase to Pay or Accounts Payable processes.
• Familiarity with purchase requisitions and orders, Invoice-processing requirements, Supporting-documentation controls.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and validate information against established policies and procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong service orientation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
