Job Description
Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai
Salary: AED 2,500/month + accommodation + transport
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Requirements:
- Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week. Weekly off: Sunday/rotational.
