Job Description

Lead Engineer - Technical Safety

Facilitate and lead HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, Bow-Tie Analysis, SIMOPS, PHSER, Constructability Reviews, and other safety workshops.

Review and validate third-party safety study reports and recommendations.

Identify hazards and develop risk reduction measures.

Ensure closure and tracking of workshop actions and recommendations.

Manage and perform: Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Fire and Explosion Risk Assessments (FERA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA), Fire Protection and Explosion Protection Studies, ESD/PSD System Reviews, Cause & Effect Reviews.

Develop safety philosophies and safety design criteria.
