WSP Middle East is seeking a motivated Graduate Stakeholder Engineer (Emirati National) to support relationships with stakeholders involved in Roads & Highways projects. In this role, you will focus on supporting effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among various parties, contributing to successful project delivery and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stakeholder Management: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners.
• Communication Facilitation: Assist as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.
• Regulatory Compliance: Develop an understanding of local regulations, policies, and standards related to Roads & Highways projects, ensuring project activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conflict Resolution: Support in addressing conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders and project teams, finding mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain project momentum and positive relationships.
• Public Engagement: Assist in organizing and facilitating public consultations, meetings, and workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and build community support for infrastructure projects.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project management and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of Roads & Highways projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
