Job Position: Junior Digital Analyst

Department: Transformation Department
Reports to: Digital Transformation

Overview

The Junior Digital Analyst supports digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, interpreting data, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The role collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver data-driven insights and support the implementation of digital solutions.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Support process mapping and business process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in documenting functional requirements and testing new digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Process Analysts, Functional Analysts, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

Requirements of the Job Position

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar analytical role.
• Relevant internships or graduate experience will also be considered.
• Fluent Albanian and English (written and spoken).
