Duties & Responsibilities

Product Owner / Scrum Master (Hybrid)

Location: Cape Town or remote (for candidates outside of Cape Town)

Key Responsibilities

Manage Jira boards, backlogs and tickets.
Take briefs and refine them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ensure development and QA teams are well supported with the information they need to deliver.
Work with the teams to deliver against the product roadmap.
Help implement agile practices, including story points, estimations and sprint burndown reports.
Use AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

Product Owner and/or Scrum Master experience.
Strong Jira and Confluence skills.
Experience with agile delivery workflows.
Experience using Claude (preferred) or ChatGPT.
Exposure to Figma and mobile apps.
