Job requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments.
• Manage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts and to work towards continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Oversee daily activities of delivery teams.
• Allocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements.
• Facilitate daily stand up or other scrum events.
• Assist in building well-structured agile practice.
• Plan, coordinate, organize, and track projects through implementation.
• Planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.
• Continuously learning and educating the development team and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Coach and mentor the delivery teams to increase agile maturity across the company.
• Build positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth.
• Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Reporting to clients as well as internal Head of Delivery.

Requirements

• 7 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of software development processes, especially Agile software development.
• In depth knowledge of iterative development and continuous delivery.
• Experience working with and managing multiple delivery teams.
• Experience delivering complex development projects.
• Experience working in Scrum.
• Managing and communicating directly with multiple clients or stakeholders.
• Strong administration, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management certifications (PMBOK/ PRINCE2/ Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master).
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology and standards a bonus.
• Strong Proficiency with the Atlassian tool stack, particularly Jira and Confluence.
