  • Consult with business clients to understand payment processing needs and recommend customized merchant services solutions.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and solution presentations utilizing partner pricing tools, market intelligence, and treasury management resources.
  • Structure pricing solutions that support client retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship success.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing partnership management.
  • Coordinate merchant agreements, pricing requests, documentation, and service needs with internal teams and strategic partners.
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to resolve complex issues and ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, referral, activity, and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, and Private Banking partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on merchant services trends, payment technologies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Merchant Services, Treasury Management, Cash Management, Banking Sales, Relationship Management, Payments, or a related financial services discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of merchant services products, treasury management solutions, payment processing, and banking operations.
  • Established professional network within the Houston market and surrounding communities strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop, deepen, and maintain significant banking and business client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities.
