Job Title: SVP of Partnerships

Location: Santa Clara, CA (4 days onsite)

Compensation: $400,000-$500,000 OTE

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced SVP of Partnerships to take Eltropy's partner ecosystem to the next level across the Financial Services industry. We have a solid foundation today — established integration partner relationships and early reseller momentum — and this leader will bring the structure, strategy, and executive relationships needed to scale it into a significant growth engine. This includes deepening our presence with major FinServ platforms and expanding our early-stage partner marketplace into a mature, high-volume channel. This role is based at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, with an in-office expectation of 4 days per week.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reseller Network Expansion: Scale our existing reseller relationships into a structured network capable of driving $100M+ in annual revenue, extending our reach with major FinServ platforms such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, and Microsoft
• Executive Relationship Development: Establish and deepen relationships at the executive level within large partner organizations, including key platforms where we don't yet have a presence today
• Partner Program Maturation: Bring structure and process to our partner ecosystem — including consulting partners, referral partner programs, and integration partners — and grow our early-stage partner marketplace into a robust, well-populated channel
• Team Leadership: Build on our current team and grow it as scope expands, establishing clearer structure, goals, and accountability
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to ensure our expanding partnership strategy is integrated into broader company go-to-market plans

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven, strategic operator with deep Financial Services expertise and a track record of scaling partner-driven revenue, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative and dynamic FinTech environment.

• 10+ years of experience in FinTech partnerships, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated success building and scaling a reseller network to $100M+ in annual revenue through industry FinServ giants such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Microsoft
• Experience managing and developing a partnerships team, even if small
• Proven ability to establish and grow executive-level relationships with large partner companies
• Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry and its partner/vendor landscape
• Experience with consulting partners, referral partner programs, and integration partners; experience maturing a partner marketplace from early stage to scale strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic company with a collaborative, international culture
