Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.
In this position...
Ford is #1 in commercial vehicles in North America and the #1 brand in Europe. On this base of strength, we have built a rapidly growing software and services business (Telematics SaaS, Data/control APIs, Fleet Management services, Charging SaaS, etc.) by first building a great product, design, and engineering team.

Larger fleets have different needs than smaller fleets, and additionally they often need custom features – an integration with an ERP system for instance or a custom report or data feed understanding and addressing these needs in a consultative manner during the sales process and supporting these fleets as they onboard and scale is critical to both the fleet’s (and Ford’s) success.
What you'll do...
Summary: Make Ford Pro’s SaaS offerings enterprise-ready by delivering custom integrations and features for our largest fleet customers and turning these features into reusable capabilities as part of a new extensibility platform
