As a Senior Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will report directly to our Director of Finance, and you’ll work out of our Mobile, AL location on a Hybrid work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making
• Monitoring and forecasting financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
