  • Contribute to platform architecture, technical design, engineering standards, and best practices.
  • Integrate security, observability, automation, and compliance capabilities into engineering platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through proofs of concept and production-ready solutions.
  • Continuously improve platform adoption, reliability, operational efficiency, and developer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Platform Engineering and Developer Experience.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, design patterns, system design, distributed systems, API design, and software architecture principles.
  • Proficient in Java or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with API technologies, OpenAPI specifications, authentication, authorization, OAuth2, and JWT.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and modern AI architecture patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.

What Makes You Successful
