The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations & Data Analytics, plays a critical role within Sales Operations, responsible for delivering both strategic and operational support to maintain the necessary analytics, data, and systems to support the needs of Xeris’ business and reporting systems. This role supports sales force sizing and deployment efforts, measures and monitors sales force performance, and delivers analytical insights in collaboration with key business partners to achieve commercial objectives and to support data-driven business and sales strategies. This is a key role with significant organizational influence that requires the application of best practices across all areas of responsibility.
This role requires a significant level of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manage Markets, Marketing, Patient Services, Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance. The position supports three commercial products across three therapy areas within the Pharma Retail and Rare disorder categories.
Position may require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations. Requires approximately 10% travel, including some overnight commitments. This is a hybrid position located in Xeris’ Chicago office. A minimum of three days per week on-site is required. On-site requirements may change at management’s discretion.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $196,000.

Non-Sales role employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
