As a Senior Internal Auditor you will:

• Plan and execute risk-based assurance and advisory engagements across operational, financial, compliance, and technology-enabled processes.
• Serve as the lead auditor on assigned engagements, contributing to the enterprise risk assessment and annual audit plan.
• Build constructive working relationships with process owners and assurance partners.
• Deliver practical insights that strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control.
• Perform audit procedures through process and control walkthroughs, develop testing criteria, review and analyze data and evidence, and identify and define issues.

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal auditing, including in charge or lead engagement experience.
• A professional certification or progress towards at least one of the following: CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, or a recognized data analytics credential is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite and experience with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to travel 20-25% including international travel at least once per year.
