As a participant in the Sales and Marketing Leadership Development Program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas through four six-month rotations. Working alongside sales, marketing, product, and client relationship teams, you'll contribute to projects that support business growth, strengthen client engagement, and enhance the delivery of investment solutions.
Depending on your rotation, responsibilities may include developing marketing materials, supporting go-to-market campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, assisting with data reporting and modelling, and providing sales support. You'll also help maintain client and prospect information, prepare business insights for meetings, support institutional client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver a high level of service.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
