About the Role
EVBS is seeking a motivated intern to join the Quality Department for a 12-week summer engagement focused on organizing and standardizing our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation across all four EVBS sites: Atlanta, Las Vegas, Detroit, and Oklahoma City. This is a hands-on, high-visibility project that directly supports our ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification efforts and improves how quality teams, auditors, and site leadership access and maintain controlled documents.
The intern will design and build a logical, consistent SharePoint site structure for QMS content — folder taxonomy, naming conventions, document control workflows, and metadata/tagging — so that procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and audit evidence are easy to locate and consistently maintained at every site.
