B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships. Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!

About the Position

Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL)
• Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit.
• Prepare and offer logistics service plans.
• Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan.
• Onboarding account and aligning service expectation.
• Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below)
• Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone
• Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads.
• Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities.
• Maintaining & updating the Sale’s CRM
• Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact)
• Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support
• When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment.

Work Schedule

Miami office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

This position will cover a geographic area surrounding the OEC Group office the candidate has been hired for. The role requires having reliable transportation at the time of hire. 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus.

Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 annually based on education and experience level plus uncapped commission
