In this role, you will lead territory development (Winchester/Northern Shenandoah Valley) through targeted outreach, data-driven planning, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to expand market presence. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by connecting providers, enhancing access to care, and supporting the continued growth of a patient-focused oncology practice.
This role requires significant regional travel, with approximately 75–80% of time spent in the field visiting referring providers across a multi-state territory. The Liaison is expected to conduct around 40 provider visits per week (based on unique locations) and will also participate in community outreach and occasional after-hours events. Travel schedules vary based on territory needs and market coverage.
Mileage is reimbursed for business travel between provider locations. Reimbursement begins at the first business stop of the day through the final stop. Travel from a Shenandoah Oncology location to field visits is also covered. Commuting mileage is not eligible for reimbursement.
