Provide exceptional service by responding to member inquiries and requests in a fast-paced, high-volume, 24/7 contact center environment. Utilize active listening, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to deliver an outstanding member experience. Assist members with a variety of financial products and services, including savings and checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other account-related transactions. Identify opportunities to educate members on additional products and services that align with their financial needs while fostering positive and meaningful interactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
