Job Overview

In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
• Working within an auto-dialer system
• Handling early-stage collections (130 days past due)
• Averaging 80-120+ calls per day
• Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
• Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Schedule

Training: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm CST
Post-Training: Monday Saturday (5-day workweek), 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
