Position Summary

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops, implements or evaluates health information technology applications, tools, processes or structures to assist clinical and research faculty and staff with data collection/extraction.
• Prepares estimates and feasibility analysis of data requests for primary investigators.
• Analyzes and interprets information systems data to improve research and clinical services.
• Designs, develops, selects, tests, implements and evaluates new or modified informatics solutions, data structures and decision-support mechanisms to support patients, healthcare professionals and their information management and human-computer and human-technology interactions within health care contexts.
• Reviews code written by other team members and ensures accuracy of data.
• Develops strategies, policies or procedures for introducing, evaluating or modifying information technology applied to clinical practice, education, administration or research.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Normal Office Environment. Typically sitting at desk or table. Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Work Experience: Relevant Experience (3 Years)

Salary Range

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / Annually
