Although we value experience and skills, we also care about who you are. We strive to surround ourselves with good people that share our values, that work hard, and that support each other as a team and as individuals.
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Investment Marketing Operations Lead to serve as the end-to-end owner of the investment collateral creation and production process. This is an individual contributor role (no people management) responsible for orchestrating the quarterly production cycle for investment materials, partnering closely with Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverables.
This role acts as the central quarterback for investment content production—designing and managing workflows, improving efficiency, and streamlining the quarter-end process across strategies.
The starting base salary is $115,000.00 to $140,000 plus applicable bonuses and incentives. The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
We offer a flexible hybrid work environment designed to promote collaboration and work–life balance, with employees working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week. As our business continues to evolve, we may refine this approach to best support our teams, clients, and long-term success, and we are committed to communicating any changes thoughtfully and with as much advance notice as possible.
At KAR, we take great pride in offering our valued team members an extensive and highly competitive benefits package. Below, you will find a brief benefits overview:
