The (Manager, TA Business Operations Systems) is responsible for leading geographically dispersed teams across the United States, Mexico, and India that support critical business capabilities including Procure-to-Pay operations, supplier enablement, master data management, rebate administration, and restaurant technology platforms. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Coupa Procure-to-Pay, Aloha POS, Radar back-office systems, truck service master data, and merchandising rebate programs, ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
The position serves as a key partner to Finance, Procurement, Merchandising, Operations, IT, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and the broader global bp organization to align priorities, standardize processes, implement new ways of working, and drive continuous improvement. Through strong people leadership, process governance, technology enablement, and data-driven decision making, the role is accountable for optimizing business performance, strengthening controls, enhancing user experiences, and delivering scalable solutions that support organizational growth and strategic objectives.
Bachelor Degree educated or equivalent in related area
($135,000 - $155,000 (Minimum & Maximum)) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
