A leading global law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Coordinator for its San Diego office. This hybrid role (three days in the office, two days remote) provides high-level administrative and practice support to attorneys and timekeepers in a fast-paced, collaborative practice group.

The Legal Practice Coordinator manages calendars, deadlines, travel, and meetings; serves as a key contact for internal and external clients; and maintains client and matter data in Outlook and Salesforce. The role supports matter administration, including conflicts, engagement letters, and audits, and drafts and finalizes legal and administrative documents.

On the financial side, the coordinator oversees attorney time entry, assists with budgets and client reports, supports billing and invoicing, and processes expenses. Additional responsibilities include coordinating practice projects, client development pitches, and events, as well as supporting litigation matters through trial preparation, filings, depositions, and exhibit management.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys, including partners, in a law firm or professional services environment; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, document management systems, and billing software such as Aderant or 3E is essential, along with strong organization, discretion, and communication skills.

The San Diego salary range is $75,000–$110,000.
