The Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) organization is dedicated to empowering our teams to deliver exceptional support experiences. The Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) organization is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager to serve as the dedicated Readiness Partner for the NSOC business unit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between formal technical training and in-the-moment knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for curating agile, role-based learning paths, championing industry-standard knowledge management best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to help ensure support teams are equipped to solve complex problems efficiently. The ideal candidate understands that learning and knowledge are not just administrative functions, but critical drivers of operational efficiency, faster resolution times, and elevated customer experiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued for this role.
Target Base Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
