About the Role

HPE is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support our engagement with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader financial community. This is an important role that sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communications. It's ideal for someone early in career with a finance background (preferably 2-4 years of experience) who wants to deepen their understanding of how public markets perceive and value a company.

Potential Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the quarterly earnings process end-to-end: help with earnings materials (prepared remarks, Q&A documents, presentation decks) and coordinate logistics for earnings calls
• Maintain and update the consensus model; track sell-side estimates, ratings changes, and analyst commentary, and summarize implications for management
• Monitor the shareholder register and analyze ownership trends, trading activity, and peer/sector movements; prepare regular reporting for the CFO and leadership team
• Prepare briefing materials for management ahead of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including investor profiles and anticipated question sets
• Respond to routine inbound inquiries from investors and analysts, escalating as appropriate
• Support the drafting and review of external disclosures (annual reports, investor presentations, IR website content) in coordination with legal, finance, and communications teams
• Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking: peer earnings, valuation multiples, guidance practices, and disclosure trends
• Assist with investor targeting and outreach strategy, including identifying prospective institutional holders
• Help maintain the IR CRM, meeting logs, and perception feedback tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant finance experience (e.g., corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, accounting, or FP&A)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfort working with financial statements and valuation concepts
• Excellent written communication — able to distill complex financial information into clear, concise materials
• High attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential, market-sensitive information
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, or similar platforms

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 119,500 - 275,000 in Texas

The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
