Compensation

– Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission We believe in rewarding hard work, consistency, and results. Our compensation structure provides the stability of a competitive base salary with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped commissions.

• Entry-Level Candidates Base Salary: $35,000–$45,000
• Uncapped Commissions First-Year Commissions Average: $40,000–$50,000
• Total Compensation: Approximately $65,000–$85,000 Annually
• Experienced Candidates Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000
• Uncapped Commissions Top Performers Typically Earn: $65,000–$75,000 in Commissions
• Total Compensation: Approximately $105,000–$125,000 Annually

Commission earnings are performance-based and may vary depending on individual results.
