START ONSITE — WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO REMOTE!

This position will begin as an onsite role at our Grindstone, PA location, giving you the opportunity to learn the position, receive hands-on support, and get comfortable with the account and expectations.

The exciting part? There will be an opportunity to transition to working remotely after demonstrating consistent performance and meeting established work-from-home eligibility requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly and helpful voice supporting health care providers, including hospitals, physician offices, dental offices, and other health care organizations.

Throughout your day, you’ll:

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
• Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and account updates
• Provide website support, including password resets and navigation assistance
• Ensure customer and account information is accurate
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and helpful service
• Handle approximately 60–70 inbound calls per day

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who is:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Able to type 25+ words per minute
• A strong communicator, both over the phone and in writing
• Patient, empathetic, positive, and professional
• Reliable, organized, and ready to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment

Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide the training you need!

SCHEDULE DETAILS

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST

REGULAR WORK SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | No Weekends!

Operating hours are 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST, with 8-hour shifts scheduled within those hours.

SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED

Candidates must have the flexibility to work any assigned 8-hour shift within our operating hours, including evening shifts that may end as late as 7:00 p.m. EST.
