Hybrid entry level customer service representative

TEKsystems is hiring qualified candidates for several Member Service Representative Opportunities with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution as a Member Service Representative! This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals looking to grow their careers in the financial services industry. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment assisting members with a variety of banking and financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Assist members with savings and checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products.
• Process transactions and provide account support.
• Handle approximately 80-100 inbound calls per day while delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday schedules.

One rotating weekday off plus one guaranteed weekend day off.

Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Multiple shifts available between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM CST.

Must be available to work any assigned shift within a 9.5-hour window of flexibility.

Candidates must have 6-day availability.

Location

Hybrid position based in Pensacola, FL.

Candidates must be able to commute to campus as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers.
• Experience in call centers, banking, collections, or similar customer-facing environments preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
