In this position, you will work with the Health Program Manager II to manage the application review and eligibility determination procedures of the General Relief Program. This includes reviewing applications for services, eligibility determinations, and invoice processing. In this role, you will be required to supervise two Senior Service Technicians and collaborate with a Health Program Manager I who liaises with service providers. You will work closely with other members in both the Division and the Department of Health.

You will be a member of the General Relief/Central Applications Processing Unit. The office is located in Northeast Anchorage (1835 Bragaw Street). It is near Costco, East High School, various restaurants, and a coffee shop. Parking is readily available at the office. There may be an opportunity for a hybrid telework schedule once the probation period has passed.
