Financial Advisor (Hybrid | Fort Worth, TX)

Join a client-focused financial services team where you'll provide financial guidance and support through a mix of inbound service and outbound client engagement. This role is approximately 25% inbound customer service and 75% outbound outreach, helping existing clients understand and maximize their financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients regarding insurance benefits, financial products, and retirement account requirements (RMDs).
• Educate clients on savings, investments, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
• Perform financial analysis and recommend appropriate strategies based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 7 license.
• FINRA Series 66 license (or Series 63 & 65).
• 1+ year of Financial Advisor experience.
• 1+ year of call center and/or outbound calling experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and financial consulting skills.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid schedule: Work from home Monday & Friday; onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Fort Worth, TX. Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
