About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while building new business opportunities across the specialty toy channel. This is an entry-level sales role where you'll develop core account management skills, contribute to revenue growth, and help deliver the LEGO Group's value proposition through thoughtful planning, selling, and customer partnership. You'll work closely with retailers, support product launches, and help turn commercial plans into results.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered sales plans and account growth within a retail, consumer products, or customer-facing commercial environment
• Managed customer relationships while supporting both existing business and new business development opportunities
• Built presentations, analyses, and business recommendations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Developed product listings, merchandising plans, promotional programs, or comparable commercial initiatives
• Applied retail mathematics, forecasting, inventory management, or sales performance analysis in business decisions
• Coordinated multiple priorities and deliverables while meeting established timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Supported trade show, industry event, or customer showcase planning and execution
• Worked with consumer products, retail, toy, or specialty retail customers
• Used planogram, merchandising, or shelf optimization principles to improve retail execution
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and business objectives

• Sales plans that support monthly and annual revenue targets
• Strong customer relationships across an assigned portfolio of specialty toy retailers
• Product assortment, merchandising, and marketing recommendations that drive sell-through
• Effective in-store and online execution focused on inventory and shelf performance
• Partnerships with internal teams to provide excellent customer support
• Trade show preparation and customer engagement activities for key industry events

Over time, you'll create a strong foundation for future growth within sales and key account management.

There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
