As an Engineer I you will be responsible for design and analysis of reactor mechanical components and primary system support. You will report to the Manager of Reactor Mechanical Products, Reactor Component Engineering and be located at Cranberry, PA and work in a hybrid capacity. Relocation is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculations to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and AISC requirements.
• Analytical calculations and evaluations using engineering tools and methods.
• Documentation related to calculations and analysis.
• Design documentation for safety and non-safety related hardware like manufacturing drawings, functional and design specifications, and qualification reports.
• Communicate with leads, project managers, and customers to coordinate activities associated with assigned work scope.
• Occasionally travel to customer and manufacturing vendor sites to provide on-site support, deliver presentations, and aid in issue resolution.

Qualifications:

We require a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other related engineering discipline. 0+ years of experience. Knowledge of materials science beneficial but not required.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which depends on qualifications, to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
